When using h3 pagebreaks, no display of h3 tag in content

Description

When using the <h3>-tag pagebreaks, the text within the <h3> tag doesn't display in the content area.

The expectation is that it would be the first line of content on the second and subsequent pages, styled as h3, regardless of whether a Table of Contents is being used. But it doesn't appear at all, not in the content-header or in the content-area. The text contained by the h3 tag appears only in the Table of Contents, if there is one.

HI there,

This behaviour is consistent with the other paging methods. I wouldn't have a problem implementing a feature to allow this new functionality though, I'll add it to the list of things to do for the next release.

Hello,

On review, I don't believe I'll add this functionality, as it's not consistent with the other paging methods. If there are more requests for this I'll be glad to revisit it. #594780 provides a partial solution to this (ie, you could add the page title yourself now, however it may be outside of the content <div> I supppose...)
