Arabic interface for Drupal 6.10

Hello

I'll use Drupal 6.10 for my new website.

The whole website interface will be in Arabic, so I've some questions that I'd like to ask about:

1- Is it possible to keep the administrator control panel for the website in English, and keep the website interface in Arabic?

2- Please where can I find an Arabic updated package for Drupal 6.10?

3- Is it possible to use Arabic package for 5.x-1.0 with Drupal 6.10?
