This patch lets salesforce_api use devel's dpm() or krumo() if they are available to output the structure when browsing data structures at admin/settings/salesforce/demo/data-structure/SFTYPE.

The patch from #396294: Data structure demo ignores SF data type argument that fixes a bug related to the SF type argument is included in this patch, and this patch depends on that being committed either first, or together with this feature.
