Ok I'll try to describe this behaviour as well as I can:

Situation A. When I click the title of a node I navigate to
LOCAL://drupal_style01/content/artikel-6
My breadcrumbs are "home >> term" (no nodetitle, I would prefer if it were there, unlinked, but that's a different issue)

Situation B. But when instead I hit "add new comment" to navigate to what *looks* like the same page
LOCAL://drupal_style01/comment/reply/18#comment-form
My breadcrumbs are "home >> nodetitle" (The term breadcrumb is not displayed if this route is followed. The nodetitle is there, as a link)

Lovely module though :) I hope you can get the kinks out.

See my comment at #460500: no term listed when "comment" button is used in navigation. I think the same approach could work for taxonomy_breadcrumb.
