Form Select Elements are shown on top of floating windows

Affected Browser: Internet Explorer 6.0

I'm running without issues Floating Window on Firefox, Chrome, Safari, unfortunately on IE6 I see following issues:

-form select fields are shown on top of the floating window. I tried changing z-index and all parameters I can control w/o success.

-the buttons to close and change size disappear when I drag the window to a different position
