I installed the audio module, and to test it out uploaded an mp3 file. The player shows up OK but when I click on the play button, I get the "buffering" message.....and that's it. It just hangs there with the counter at 0. When I download the file from the site it seems complete and will play in other players so I don't think the file's been corrupted or anything like that.

Details about the file:
Format mp3
File Size 1,754,637 bytes
Length 1:49
Sample rate 44,100 Hz
Channel mode Stereo
Bitrate 128,000 bytes/second
Bitrate mode CBR

Any ideas as to where I should be looking?

Thanks in advance,

Frank

Are you able to download the file?

I was able to download the files intact. I've since uninstalled the audio module so I'm going to close this out as I'm not going to be able to reproduce this.

I have the same issue after updating to 6.x-1.0-unstable4 .
When clicking on "Play" it's loading and loading and after a while firefox hangs completely. It also doesn't matter if filesystem is set to public or private.
Do you have an idea how to fix this? I completely reinstalled the module but this also didn't help.

edit: 6.x-1.x-dev works fine for me. Don't know whats wrong with the unstable version...
