When Vertical Tabs and jQuery Update are enabled, there appears to be a conflict which causes both Vertical Menus to fail and all of the field groups to be un-expandable.

I am not having this problem.
I'm using 6.2.x.dev jquery and vertical tabs 6.x-1.x-dev

I use jQuery Update 6.x-2.x-dev (2010-Mar-18) with Vertical Tabs 6.x-1.0-rc1 on several sites without noticing any problems.

I am using last devel versions from vertical tabs and jQuery Update and I don't have any problem
