I would like a paypal payment pro shopping cart/os commerce added to my site www.chakranyc.com as well as enough admin and manager tools in the backend to manage inventory, shipping, promotions and all other necessary tools to increase distribution.

If you want Paypal Pro, then just download and install Drupal's own ecommerce module.

It has Paypal Pro built in.

Inventory and other features may be better with OS Commerce though.
