Release notes

I'm sorry but 6.x-1.1 is broken. I still fight with CVS (but i learn fast - i hope)... :-) I hope 6.x-1.2 is finally good release for PHP4 and PHP5 and i hope it's work in both PHP version in same way... Please report any bug in project issues.

Warning! In this version is added section HTML tags settings with Allowed tags. Default is all tags disabled! If you use any others HTML tags in your content, please set Allowed tags .
