The Swedish translation is far from good enough and should be removed until it has been tested properly by the community. It contains several errors and non-standard terminology and makes the Views interface harder to use.

everyone has access to the translations folder so you can fix the problems with the Swedish translation

Work is being done on the Swedish translation server and will be committed when it's ready.

When the translation is ready, an issue should be created for it and then it can be committed.
