I have written a new theme for mobile devices.

Now when go the page at admin/build/block and try to configure the blocks for that theme, my admin theme changes to the new theme for that specific page. Is there any way I can prevent it?? I want admin theme to configure blocks for my new theme. Can anyone suggest me what to do here.????????
