The arrangements for referral for abortion in London vary across boroughs. I have a draft CCK form to collect referral routes for each of the London boroughs.
We need a designer to complete the CCK form (I don't have time), style the form and node with headings, and provide a simple search facility.
You will be experienced in Drupal, CCK, Views, (?Contemplate), CSS, PHP and HTML. Preference will be given to a Mac user, OS 10.5 (screen sharing). You must be based in UK.
I anticipate 1 day of work.
As the site relates to abortion, security is a priority, and the designer has to be comfortable with a woman's right to choose.
Expressions of interest to me by 2nd May 2009, with experience, phone number, rates and availability.
Discussion/commissioning on 4th May.
Job completed 15th May.
Payment by invoice to NHS Trust.
