Delegator module creates "warning: call_user_func_array() [function.call-user-func-array]"

Setup on a sandbox site, I am receiving the following error when I attempt to create new content (node):

warning: call_user_func_array() [function.call-user-func-array]: First argument is expected to be a valid callback, 'node_form' was given in /Applications/xampp/xamppfiles/htdocs/drupal-6.10/includes/form.inc on line 366.

It only occurs when the delegator module is activated, the error goes away when delegator is deactivated. CTools is always activated.

I experimented with custom content types using cck, and standard installed content types, the error always occurs. I've seen similar errors among the support forums, but this error only seems applicable to delegator and creating a new node.

This is a fresh Drupal 6.10 install, and this is the first node being created.
