Ah. I think I understand now. So you have several domains from which you can choose, and you want the default domain to be your site? When that search format was being created by Google, they didn't actually allow you to do that, so that's why the module also doesn't.
If you really want it, you'll have to edit adsense/old/search/adsense_search.module, search for 'checked' and move that keyword from the ss0 radio button to ss1.
