Is it possible to create automatically backlinks for NAT-Terms, i.e. if a NAT-term A is selected in a node B, in the node linked by that NAT-term should appear a NAT-term or a view entry with name B.

You can use Views module in connection with Views Attach.

Create view with 'node content' display and use argument 'NAT: Nid'. Under 'Node content settings' set 'Use the ID of the node the view is attached to' as argument.
