As supplied, there are some inconsistencies with the templates. Easy to change, but it might be better if the defaults were uniform. The inconsistencies are

A) One footer has an unsubscribe message (You can unsubscribe at [unsubscribe-url]) - the others do not, they only have links to edit.

B) The long digest format has title, teaser and body for comments, but only title and teaser for the node creation / insertion. This is odd.
