Incorrect information on project page

Just as we get the front page sorted, the infrastructure guys change all the project links around! :)

On the project page, under the 'Need a feature or want to get involved?' section is the line:

> Development is progressing quickly, so if there's a feature you need in Privatemsg, don't hesitate to click the View open issues or create one link below and get started!

Unfortunately, that link no longer exists. So, how about this instead:

> Development is progressing quickly, so if there's a feature you need in Privatemsg, Search issues in the Support section, or explore the links under Development below.
