Don't identify correct path

Hello,

the Module with Version beta3 don't checks the correct pathes of the site!

In the list there are the links "enable" and "configure" for each modul
example:
http://www.site.com/?q=admin/settings/clean-urls
http://www.site.com/?q=admin/build/path/pathauto

But my Site is in dir /testsite and so
http://www.site.com/testsite/?q=admin/settings/clean-urls
http://www.site.com/testsite/?q=admin/build/path/pathauto
don't appear :(

With my drupal 5 installation all works great!

Any Ideas? And s'il vous plait...excuse my bad english!
