Description
When I check the "recreate" box and submit the taxonomy to create a menu it does not delete the old menu items before adding more to the list.
Not sure what would be causing this.

Did you update from the 6.1 or an earlier dev version?
The behaviour you descibe could come from updating problems.
Please deinstall the module (unckecking AND Deinstallation) and reinstall latest version.
Should be ok now.
Please confirm if it is ok now.
