I don't do Windows, never have, never will (well, not unless I get paid bunches of money for it, which has happened on occasion), I don't approve of the Evil empire. So, if you (or any other enterprising soul) wants to provide the Windows support, let me know and I'll add you to the developers list.

I have no idea if any of this works since I don't run the Windoze web server anywhere, nor do my clients, but it's a start. If you install Cygwin on your Windoze machine you'll get cron as well as a pretty good U*x shell which I find much more tractable than the Windoze command shell for getting things done. Instructions for running cron as a Windoze server are also available on the net, a little searching will set you up just fine.

If you do figure out how to get this done, write it down and I'll include it in the kit for other folks.
