Ability to change report format??

I would like to have the report shown in a different format than the default chart look it has. I have looked extensively at the css and the webform_report.inc files but I am not sure how to change the format without messing everything up. I would like to the report to show as more of a vertical listing of the chosen component's title then next to it the input then on a new line the next chosen component and the input and so on. I do not really like the horizontal view the report shows as default. Maybe this is already address but I could not find any info regarding this today.
