I'm trying to set this up, and running into a couple issues. I tried with the Dev & RC1, getting the same errors both times.

First - When i make the State/Province required and i go to create my content, i get an error that says: State/Province area is required (even when i have filled it in).

Next - I then make the State/Province area "NOT" required, which gets rid of the error - but then the State i type in gets left off of the shown address in the actual content. It will show (City, Zip Code) and just skip over the State.

I stepped away for a while, then after coming back to it came up with my problem.

I did not have a default country selected (instead it was neutral), and the country selection was placed after the State/Province. This was not acceptable for some reason, but after moving the Country selection toward the front in front of the State/Province... it all works out. I suppose if most of your locations are in a particular country, you will not have this problem if your country is set as the default.

This seems to be a bug report.

I cannot reproduce this. There have been alot of changes since 3.1-rc1 so it may have been fixed along the way.

If this is still affecting you in the latest release please reopen this.
