Patches for advanced cache module and the cache router modules

Hi All

I am new to Drupal and am working on performance improvement. I have downloaded two modules 'cache router' and 'advanced cache'. In order to get these modules to work correctly there are some patches that need to be applied to the site. However for Drupal 5 the latest patches available are till 5.10 and I am using Drupal 5.15. Can I use the patches for 5.10 on my site. If not then please suggest where can I get the patches for 5.15.
