Location picker: add support for several GPS type inputs

There should be a coordinate calculator present in the locationpicker.

Here's a calculator under gpl.

This can be accomplished either as:
1) a separate page to link to in the help text below the location picker, containing the calculator.
2) add-on form enabled in admin that adds to the location picker, enabling you to select which type of gps coordinate type you want to input (calculates it to gmap format for you).

To make location-centric webpages more foolproof, this might probably be a good way to go.
This way, users can just input whatever comes from their GPS, without needing to recalculate themselves.
