Issue Summary
I had trouble with the Print module yesterday (see http://drupal.org/node/445544). However, it is caused by Page Style, disabling it shows the print links perfectly (Text Size works fine). What theme is used does not matter, neither what style is used.

Fixed in the 1.3 version.
