Issue Summary
this looks like a handy module. however, i think i messed up my taxonomy database when synching because now i have many duplicate terms in there. does anybody know of a tool or process i can use to automatically merge them all? taxonomy manager would take forever. thanks. K

I'm stuck with the same situation.
Additionally, merging via Taxonomy Manager actually deletes the term and leaves the node... and then syncing is broken.
Yikes.
