jCarousel will not Load

I'm at my wit's end here. I feel I've followed everything to the tee yet the carousel will not activate. Here are the steps I followed.

1. Installed and activated the necessary modules: CCK, Imagefield, jCarousel Block
2. Unzipped and the plugin into the appropriate folder modules\jcarousel_block\jcarousel\..
2. Setup a field for the page node and titled it, "field_slideshow"
3. Made sure jCarousel is referencing the correct field.
4. Made sure jCarousel is set to use imagefield
5. Setup a node and uploaded the images I wish to use.

I've attached a document detailing my settings and plugins. Have I installed everything correctly?

*note: I installed IMCE also but when I try to make field it won't let me select IMCE as an option. Maybe my modules are corrupt?
