We use mass contact to email out our site newsletter in html. We would like to put a link at the top of the email that says : "Click Here If Having Trouble Viewing This Email" which would link to the node mass contact creates.
Is there a way to do that presently? Or is that a feasible feature to add. We could add it perhaps and submit patch.

Thanks

You should be able to do that in the body of your e-mail, as long as your Input filter is set to Full HTML. I would not make it an HTML link, however, but something like this:

Click Here If Having Trouble Viewing This Email: http://www.example.com/some/page/path

If they cannot see the HTML message, they might not see the hyper-link.

I think perhaps that oadaeh didn't understand the question. The OP is asking if Mass Contact could include in the message a link to the Mass Contact Messages node that it creates. At the moment, Mass Contact only saves the node after the message is sent (and then only if there are no errors), so there is no node ID when then message is sent.

This might be a feature request, but since the OP hasn't followed up in the last year...
