I am very new to the Drupal community, but i am getting really addicted to it since my discovery, I would like to ask if the Ubercart modules allows users to buy and sell among themselves...

I believe you'd want the Ubercart Marketplace module being developed by some folks in the community.

ubercart seem not to support local currencies in all countries...say Ghana, India or Pakistan...and making this currency the default in the users' country.
