When clicking the link, one would expect terms from the interests vocabulary to be added. Unfortunately I can't seem to get this to work, nothing gets added when clicking using the link. I can add interests manually (using the my account > interests > change my interests' page).

Any suggestions?

Having the exact same problem, latest version of Interests. Haven't looked in to what's causing it, but it's definitely a thing.
