Issue Summary
I copied the module to the ../sites/all/modules folder but I can't see it alongside my other modules at ../admin/build/modules
How can I make it work so I can see the flags under comments?

Are you sure you are using the right version (ip2nation-6.x-1.x-dev.tar.gz)? If you use the 5.x version for a drupal 6.x site it won't work.

I forgot to mention that I was able to make the module work for me. Sorry for the confusion.
It's a great module and works perfect under comments.
