There is no element that matches...message appearing

Hi, Starbow. I saw the other issue on this matter and I've followed the directions and yet the message still appears.

I'm using the starter theme for zen and the div id name is "content-area". Despite putting that in the proper field (without the quotes), it seems not to be picking it up. This is a stock implementation of the starter theme so far i.e. I haven't made any changes to it yet.
