Virtual_site and ad_blueprint theme

I would like to use ad_blueprint theme with virtual site, but is saves style sheets when saving theme settings. Now when I save settings in any sub site, the settings will overwrite the settings for all sites. Can I set some variable so, that the theme would think that its files directory is different than the main sites files directory?
