I attached a screenshot of what I am wanting to acheive but I can't get it to work.

I would like to have a listing of business on a page with two types of attachement views on the top that will allow users to either filter by taxonomy term or by title by first letter.

I can get it to work fine with just the taxonomy term by when I add the letters, it wont filter them at all, I get no results when I click on a letter.

Can someone help

You'd possibly be better off using a summary view for the letters; it's more designed for that (summary or glossary, I can't rmember 100% which one is what you'd need).
