Issue Summary
in my login destinatin module I have setted to go at this path after login http://www.forniture-alberghiere.net/ dashboard/3
but when legal module is acting with a new agreement to accept, he forse theredirect to the view of users area i my case http://www.forniture-alberghiere.net/ users/estufe I hope that colaborating with author of http://drupal.org/project/login_destination module you can patch soon this simple but big problem.

Other modules can now easily override the redirect.

Automatically closed -- issue fixed for 2 weeks with no activity.

seems that the module.zip does works.
There is still a problem between both modules.

There still exists a conflict between the Login destination and the Legal modules. I outlined in #447480: conflict at login with legal module why I do not think that this a good idea to fix it inside of LD but inside of the Legal module. However I am opened to cooperate in fixing this issue.
