It looks like the links_related module uses the default 'links_links' in some locations and 'links_related' in others. I changed it to use 'links_related' in all locations, and also updated the #weight of the links_related fieldset to display below the standard node fields.
Not sure if you were already working on this, but it fixed things on my site and thought I'd at least toss it out. Great work, the package is shaping up really nicely!

syscrusher commentedThanks, Eaton, for the patch. I'm sorry it took so long to get it reviewed and tested. A major server problem (not related to Drupal) with a system I maintain has kept me busy for the past couple of weeks, and we just got the new server online.
The patch is in tonight's commit -- looks good!
