Term select does not appear in Safari

Using the latest dev release, the select list for terms never appears after selecting the vocabulary while using Safari.
I figured it was a bug with the module but then tested FF3 and it worked fine. Using Safari 4 public beta.

I will have to wait until I'm on a machine that can run safari to test this as I'm on linux.
Can anyone else confirm this?
