Create coder review rules for D7 changes [#448542]

Many changes to Drupal core in D7 still require Coder review rules to be written for them.

Writing a coder review is very simple. See: http://drupal.org/node/144172. The rules should be added to coder_review/includes/coder_review_7x.inc.

You can see a list of changes that still need coder review rules written at http://drupal.org/node/394070 - look for the [REVIEW] tag.

Please submit the rules you change is separate issues, then link to them in this issue so we can get a quick rundown of which rules have been written.

We are actively working on this and we maintain the list at http://drupal.org/node/394070 - you should check there for the latest status. Please don't open any additional tickets about D6 to D7 review changes (unless providing a patch!) - there's just too many to open a ticket for each. If you spot any updates not included in the list at http://drupal.org/node/224333, please add a comment there.
