Posting on behalf of The Toby Project (www.tobyproject.org), an animal welfare nonprofit. They are looking for someone to upgrade their site from Drupal 4.x to 6.10. This will include adjusting their theme, which is a custom theme.

We aren't in touch with the original developer so I can't say for sure, but I don't think there has been any serious customization done - I'd prefer that you give the quote assuming that this is a pretty straightforward upgrade, and if it turns out to be more complicated once you get a look at it, you can adjust the quote at that point.
