I suggest the following changes to the web address alias of the Cron page:

http://drupal.org/handbook/modules/system ...(the main Cron page) should become ' drupal.org/handbook/cron', and...

http://drupal.org/cron ...should become 'drupal.org/handbook/cron/configuring_cron_linux ' and...

http://drupal.org/node/31506 ...should become 'drupal.org/handbook/cron/configuring_cron_windows'

Or something like that. And then perhaps tweaking similar, high profile (and highly referenced) path alias' belonging to the handbook, etc.

As mentioned in a reply to one of your emails on this topic:

"This page cannot be changed:

http://drupal.org/handbook/modules/system

The URL is named that way to be consistent with the other pages in the modules and features section. The script that is used to generate the admin/help within Drupal depends upon that URL nomenclature."

Now perhaps drupal.org/cron could point to the same node as well. But we should not remove that existing alias.
