For all attempts at completing the CAPTCHA, I'm getting the same error:

The CAPTCHA was not completed correctly. Please complete this new CAPTCHA and try again."

I've confirmed that it is not user error. All entries, including accurate ones, are returning this error. Is this a common issue with a clear fix? Otherwise, I'd be happy to add more information about the install, etc.

This issue went away when I switched to a new mollom account with a new set of keys.

Same problem.
I haven't tried a new account yet, I'll give it a shot.

Just set up a new account on Mollom and the problem went away with the new keys.
