Issue Summary
Hi there,
nice and useful module. It works great with one exception:
I have a menu block that displays some external links - and those don't get the "ext" span appended. Everywhere else on the site it seems to work. The external links of my menu block do get opened inside new tabs though, which lets me assume, it works partially.

Oh come on, this is the 2nd issue in the queue. See #421018: All menu links considered internal.
