Invert the way categories are specified

Right now, I'd love to use this module. However, I have a free-tagging category, which I'd like to exclude - without having to periodically go into the interface and add all the new tags to the exclusion list.

What I'd love to see is an inclusive list of categories - i.e. I pick only the types I want to include, rather than exclude.

I'll see if I can't patch this and upload later.
