phpEdu installation profile

Hello. I want to intall phpEdu on a site with drupal 6.10. Because the site is not new, I need to execute the phpEdu installation profile to create database and complete the installation process, but I'm not sure how can I do it. Should I modify the profile? I'm not sure.
anyone can give me some indications?
