Are there any plans to get the "quote" module working with Drupal 4.7?

ported to drupal 4.7

please double check my changes becouse they have been made in a short time
and could have errors, bugs or security issues.

Patch works with the project-cvs.tar.gz that I just downloaded and fixes the problem that I head that the CSS file could not be found in a full view of a node with quoted content.
