When the browser window is sized big enough where you don't have to scroll left to right, there are no issues. When it is smaller and requires scrolling, the right side is covered with what appears to be the background color. The size is equal to the amount that is not visible without scrolling. I have tried it in IE, Firefox, and Chrome with the same results. I am attaching a screenshot

Anyone else have this issue?

This theme is designed for screen resolutions of 1024x768 and above.

I gathered that that was the reason. Do you expect that to change at all? It's an odd quirk with the theme. I wouldn't expect it to be fluid width, but that does pose an issue if a customer made their browser smaller.

Jwolf, could you please think about this again? I would think that even if the theme was designed for 1024x768 that it should still scroll left and right without giving this problem, just like when you scroll up and down because you can't see all of the site from top to bottom. I run my screen resolution at 1680x1050, but I run 2 browsers side by side, so I have gotten these results also.

I would like to try and troubleshoot this as well but I'm not sure where to start. It is a beautifal theme but I can not use it with this issue. It does work fine in safari on the iPhone though.

no i havent. im not really sure where to start with it. it appears that it is not a supported feature so i don't expect a resolution. i'm looking at some alternative themes that may be able to be tweaked to give a similar feel. it just won't have the bells and whistles this one has. i'll let you know.
