Xs no longer working on CC no.

For some reason the X's aren't being applied to the CC#'s in the submissions of the webform. It was weird because at one point the "x_amount" field was turned to all X's for one of my submissions. Now neither of them are doing it. Is there something I'm missing here? It's very possible. Let me know if I am.
