I want to migrate my web directory EggDir to drupal. Does drupal's Weblinks mod support paypal payments and most of phpld's functions? Is there anything I should be aware of before I do the migration.

Hmm...
To me, that looks more like a Taxonomy List, but it can also be done with Web Links. I have no idea what phpld is, so I cannot speak to its features. However, if there is a nifty feature that would make it better, the Web Links maintainers are always willing to consider it. Why does that directory require Paypal? There are modules that do handle Paypal, so the answer is probably yes.
