How to disable "Menu settings" in Create content pages?

I have created several new content types.

For some content it is meaningful to associate with menus.

Others are "data" that will be displayed only with Views.

Is it possible to selectively disable the "Menu settings" drop down on content creation pages where it is not relevant?
