When using tableofcontents module for a wiki content type the hierarchy of headings (h1, h2, h3, h4) appear to be aligned left with genesis-LITE. They are actually meant to be indented.

Please ignore this issue if it sounds too use specific.

Its actually the list styles that are in effect here, and they are not meant to be like that, there should be indentation, I need to take a look.

Fixed, committed the HEAD, thanks! Found another list oversite as well, ol ol ol was set to decimal, should have been lower-roman, fixed that also.
